FYI, they are wide-tr2tog (USA terms)

tr1-dc1-tog (end of R 3) is yo 2, insert hook, yo, pull through (4 loops left on hook), yo, pull thru two loops on hook, yo, pull thru 2 loops on hook (2 loops left on hook), yo, insert hook thru indicated stitch, yo, pull through (4 loops on hook), yo, pull thru 2 loops on hook, yo, pull through three loops on hook to finish stitch.
